DESCRIPTION: This morning I was meditating on Isaiah 61, specifically the Oil of Joy that has been bubbling up within our own family since the Feast of Tabernacles. ISAIAH 6 leapt out about being named the Priests of the LORD, and how Ezekiel 44 Zadok priests had the privilege of ministering to the LORD the fat and the blood.
What better way to minister to the LORD than to restore back into covenant the Bride He purchased with His own blood?
This set of lyrics played out more as a narrated drama with multiple scenes, intertwined with victorious chorus. It is so long, it is best broken into 2 parts.
This is the part 1. The sequel to Part 1 – Rahab’s, Be Restored!
THE REDEEMED ARISE!

Part Two — Sequel to “Rahab’s, Be Restored!”
MOVEMENT I — RESTORE, RESTORE!
[Intercessors; urgent, prayerful]
We cry to You for the robbed and spoiled, for those ensnared in hidden places, for those concealed in prison houses, left as prey— with none to say, “Restore.”
LORD, hear us now:
Restore! Restore!
For those whose voices have grown faint, for those the devourer has pursued, for those who cannot find the doorway or believe that help will come—
Restore! Restore!
As ZADOK priests, we stand within the gap. We make up the breach and lift their names before You.
Make Your Law honorable once again. Teach wandering feet to walk Your ways.
Restore those who would not listen, those who turned from Your commands. Give them hearts that now receive You; lead them by Your righteous hand.
REFRAIN
[Sung; call and response]
Restore the robbed! Restore the spoiled! Call the hidden captives forth!
Let the prison houses open. Let the lost discover home.
Restore! Restore!
Let the redeemed of the LORD say so!
MOVEMENT II — THE REDEEMED ARISE
[Spoken narration; strength and hope]
Let those redeemed from JEZEBEL’S CONCENTRATION CAMPS rise from the places of their captivity.
Let healing strengthen trembling limbs. Let truth restore the stolen voice.
And as they find their feet in freedom, let compassion turn their eyes toward the prisoners still waiting for someone to hear their cries.
[Redeemed voices]
We remember what it was to wait behind a bolted door.
Now send us with Your light and mercy; teach us how to serve and restore.
Let the Gentile CALEBS rise, bearing a different spirit— wholehearted toward the living God, steadfast in the promise given.
Let them do mighty exploits in the strength their God supplies.
Where the city on a hill has lost its light, kindle holy love again.
Where giants occupy the mountain of fellowship, let faith arise and claim the ground where Your people meet with You.
FINAL REFRAIN
[All voices; a rising anthem]
Let the redeemed of the LORD say so! Let the rescued lift their song!
Rahabs, be restored! You have a place where you belong.
From the scarlet cord to the open door, from the fallen walls to a life restored—
Let the redeemed of the LORD say so!
Restore! Restore!
Let the redeemed go forth with mercy.
[Full choir]
Let the redeemed arise! Let the redeemed arise!
Let the redeemed of the LORD say so!
