On Monday, June 29th, 2020, I released another verbal warning for the “Warriors, get to your anchor points! No More Delay!” It was in the context of positioning for safety & shelter to weather the coming storm. The timeline was to move QUICKLY into position to receive favor instead of spanking in the coming recompense season that will bring shaking exposure to a church system that will cause financial loss to those that have trusted in the arm of the flesh instead of the Rock of their Salvation.
Jeremiah 17:1-10 – The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, and with the point of a diamond: it is graven upon the table of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars; 2 Whilst their children remember their altars and their groves by the green trees upon the high hills. 3 O my mountain in the field, I will give thy substance and all thy treasures to the spoil, and thy high places for sin, throughout all thy borders. 4 And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever. 5 Thus saith the Lord; CURSED be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. 6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. 7 BLESSED is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. 9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? 10 I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Definition of Anchor Point:
– a point on an archer’s face (such as the chin) against which the drawing hand is placed in order to stabilize the archer’s aim before release of the arrow
– An anchor point, or anchorage, is one component of a personal fall arrest system (PFAS), which is designed to prevent injury to workers (*or Rock Climbers who lose their footing!) should they fall from their worksite. This refers specifically to the point at which an anchoring device is affixed, fastened, tied, or otherwise connected to a support location. Anchor points must be installed on stable locations that are strong enough to support the falling weight of a worker attached to the PFAS.
Definition of Anchor:
– a heavy metal object, usually shaped like a cross with curved arms, on a strong rope or chain, that is dropped from a boat into the water to prevent the boat from moving away:
– someone or something that gives support when needed:
– a person who reports the news and manages reports by others on a television or radio program:
– the member of a team who goes last in a relay (= a type of race between two or more teams in which each person in the team runs or swims part of the race):
– to make something or someone stay in one position by fastening him, her, or it firmly:
Hebrews 6:18-20 Amplified Bible (AMP) – 18 so that by two unchangeable things [His promise and His oath] in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled [to Him] for refuge would have strong encouragement and indwelling strength to hold tightly to the hope set before us. 19 This hope [this confident assurance] we have as an anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whatever pressure bears upon it]—a safe and steadfast hope that enters within the veil [of the heavenly temple, that most Holy Place in which the very presence of God dwells], 20 where Jesus has entered [in advance] as a forerunner for us, having become a High Priest forever according to the order of [a]Melchizedek.
The danger of failing to heed this warning:
Acts 27:29 – AMP – Then fearing that we might run aground somewhere on the rocks, they dropped four anchors from the stern [to slow the ship] and kept wishing for daybreak to come.
Isaiah 28:15-17 KJV – 15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: 16 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste. 17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
