“House” can be defined as an individual’s heart, the family home, or the church.
Rebellion says, “I refuse to obey.” Stubbornness says, “Fine, but I’m going to do it MY way.”
Participating in rebellion will cost you your kingdom and your authority. Participating in stubbornness will open curses down to the 3rd and 4th generations, because outward stubbornness exposes the hidden hatred in their hearts.
1 Samuel 15:23 (KJV) – For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
Exodus 20:5 – Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
