Luke 7:8-9 NLT – 8 I know this because I am under the authority of my superior officers, and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say, ‘Go,’ and they go, or ‘Come,’ and they come. And if I say to my slaves, ‘Do this,’ they do it. 9 When Jesus heard this, he was amazed. Turning to the crowd that was following him, he said, “I tell you, I haven’t seen faith like this in all Israel!”
Are we TRULY under God’s authority? Do we hear His voice clearly and is our will submitted wholly to His commandments without delay? Grasping the concept of the authority of our Master Jesus Christ, that we are HIS servants and not the other way around, is directly connected to the outpouring of faith. As long as we think we can order Him about with our prayers, our faith will be weak. When we get in proper authority alignment, we will start to discover just how strong His faith working through us can manifest! God said! Enough said!
