The Devastation of Perilous Times
March 6, 2021 I released a blog that we were entering the Perilous Times, where love will grow cold. The vaccine mandates en masse began rolling out shortly after that. We witnessed the love grow cold as the majority of families, workplaces, churches, and community supports abandoned and viciously attacked the unvaccinated as they were unable to discern the Luciferian psychological warfare unleashed against them to cause Canada to collapse in upon itself in very strategic self-destruction via demonically fueled psychological warfare. Vaccination coverage consumed 79.1% in NW Territories to a whopping 96.1% in Newfoundland. Fear is a SPIRIT. Rebellion is WITCHCRAFT. Stubbornness is IDOLATRY. We are in Kingdom level warfare pitting lawlessness against righteousness within the masses, both the churched and unchurched, while the majority of the masses were ignorant of what was going on.
Re-Cap of What We Do
For those who haven’t read my past blogs, let’s do a quick Paul-style recap. For 20 years, we have been a safe haven for free short stays of missionaries & traveling Christians. Then 7 years ago we were shifted into free long-stays when someone who knew us set up our hospitality room and crockpot for strangers whose house was in the midst of burning down – we were in Boston at the time of that leap of THEIR faith that we wouldn’t mind. We didn’t. That Bible College trained former pastor & family stayed for 5.5 months expense-free as they picked up the broken pieces of their lives. We have since taken in a total of 5 sets of Bible College trained pastor families abandoned by their churches from 12 days to 19 months, all expenses paid, plus the incalculable short-stays of world-wide missionaries and traveling Christian families whose church organizations that gladly took their tithes but did not help support them. As much as I confront the very broken church SYSTEM and the rebellion & demonic captivity it promotes, our actions prove we aren’t against the PEOPLE. One month I DID count, we had over 180 extra mouths to feed and bodies to sleep in a simple main entrance single-family dwelling.
Re-Modeling During COVID
During COVID, we started teaching people to follow our model as the need grew so great. We helped creatively rehome 5 unvaccinated families that first year who were evicted with only 12 – 72 hrs notice. Being unvaccinated became grounds for our governmental leaders to normalize persecution and encourage hatred (stronghold of bitterness) and lawlessness (stronghold of rebellion) and partner with rejection and abandonment on a national scale. The Luciferians behind the Great Reset know that when the simple partner with unforgiveness and rebellion, the demons get to torment them until their debt is paid in full. (Matt 18:34-35; Prov 17:11) A prince without subjects is no prince, but one with MANY can gain new territorial strongholds to advance their demonic agendas. They were very strategic in certain areas to hatch their devious plans. Another 2 families were rehomed the following year within our direct sphere and untold numbers in other hubs. Dementia patients and the infirm elderly that refused the vaccines were being evicted from nursing homes left, right, and centre without care of where they landed. The news reported that the families were “TAKING” them out when really there was no other option for those with a shred of decency in them, because it is cruelty to leave an evicted elderly wheelchair bound parent on the streets in the dead of winter. Many families scooped them up as best as they could while the government healthcare programs fearfully refused to provide in-home care for unvaccinated clients, leaving those who helped out to be abandoned to swim as best as they could on their own.
The medical system and society at large hid behind physical masks and paper gowns, ignorant that the main spirit behind COVID = Python, isn’t limited by the physical realm. They didn’t know that the Luciferians knew that the common cold virus, the Corona Virus, can only thrive in low pH and low voltage environments so they used mass media partnering with mind control programming to promote a spirit of fear that creates powerlessness (low voltage in your cells) and Offense/bitterness that would drop people’s natural pH levels and make their bodies acidic. Those who are bitter will create a bitter stream for a spirit of divination to flow off their tongue. The GOOD NEWS is that demons ARE limited by the forgiveness and payment of our sins by blood of Jesus Christ and the authority and belief of believers in Jesus Christ to cast out the demons. For the world to be ruled by fear is understandable. But the Body of Christ to be partnering with and therefore worshiping fear, dread, Mammon, and self-preservation is idolatry and manifestation of the dearth of spiritual food that nourishes the spirit.
Building New Supply Lines
We poured our tithes into those being sent to us because people knew we would help when fearful and confused government-run church corporations had turned them away when the doors were open or abandoned when they were shut down. But it wasn’t enough. So we jumped off the cliff in faith that God would have our back if we obeyed to meet the needs in front of us, trusting the rhema word that our bank account was to be a flowing river and not a stagnant pond. We emptied our bank accounts, our TFSA investments, and pulled out some RRSP’s to help keep the abandoned and forsaken body of Christ afloat, regardless if they were vaccinated or not. At the worst of the lockdown crunch, we had 2 employed helping keep 20 afloat and God made the finances miraculously stretch – not a single bill of our core group went delinquent. 17 people were sheltering under our roof at the peak and still have 11 currently at our table each night, and I joke (literally) that we stack them like pancakes to make everyone fit for the night. Other families in our group were doubling or tripling up, also as they put action to their love.
As time went on, our small community sacrificially gave whatever resources they had to keep everyone’s heads above water. Some had extra food from greenhouses they volunteered at, others had free apples and pears to glean to feed the hungry turned away from grocery stores as the government stirred up hatred and division among its constituents. An unvaxxed widow and orphan were rejected from the local foodbanks and churches she reached out to, so someone sent her here because they knew we had obeyed the instruction I released publicly to stock up 6 months of food & provisions. Food multiplied as we fed those who came through our home and no one ever went hungry. Clothing, vehicles, phones, computers, vacuums, instruments, and whatever else was available were freely shared to maximize output while minimizing expenses corporately. A new believer was sent to our house to be baptized because they had met Jesus during COVID. They knew from His word that they needed to be baptized but none of the churches contacted within 2 hr radius would do it “because of COVID rules forbid it.” They were rerouted to our house an hour away to be dunked and spiritually mentored for a season before handing them off to another shepherd. Numerous local businesses were kept afloat because investing in the local economy kept or added jobs and enabled them to minister to their communities. Healing prayer healed people of strokes, COVID lung infections, blood clots, ruptured muscles, torn shoulders, diabetic ulcers, and incisions that should have needed stitches among a myriad of other issues.
If we can do what we did with a single income supporting what is now a family of 11 and having a micropreemie in NICU for 98 days and 2 dementia patients and my own mental breakdown and healing in the mix of all of that, you can too! The impotent church system housed within a lifeless building that kept crying for tithes to be brought to them was exposed for what it was – void of the love for the God they claimed to worship but showed by their actions they didn’t. Conversely, the TRUE church hidden all over the place in HOMES began to shine the light of Jesus into their communities. Anyone who had a spare room during COVID while the body of Christ and the world at large was going homeless or forced to pay extortion rates for rent around them exposed their measure of love for their neighbour for all to see, and not just to God who knew the hardness of their hearts.
James 2:15-18 NLT – 15 Suppose you see a brother or sister who has no food or clothing, 16 and you say, “Good-bye and have a good day; stay warm and eat well”—but then you don’t give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do? 17 So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless. 18 Now someone may argue, “Some people have faith; others have good deeds.” But I say, “How can you show me your faith if you don’t have good deeds? I will show you my faith by my good deeds.”
Shift out of the Church System and into the Kingdom Home & Apostolic Hubs
At the beginning of the 2023, many big-name prophets like Bonnie Jones and Curt Landry among others were warning what the no-name prophets have been saying for years – not to give into the church system that gives the bribe of an income tax rebate that perverts justice. Start to give your tithes direct to source of the need. YOU have direct access to give financial first aid within the context of relationship that can shift into discipleship compared to a big name church that has its hands tied with governmental legal strangleholds. Dollars going into a church corporation are getting the value of mere pennies on the dollar contrasted with the Kingdom Home Hub concept that made roughly $40,000 net a calculable $1.6 million gain plus multiple salvations and explosive spiritual growth in 18 months. Over the last month, prophets en masse (over 20 in April alone) have been warning judgment is coming upon the wicked shepherds as per Ezekiel 34 and Nehemiah 5 – in short, those who fleeced the flock will reap what they have sown.
Last week, we received the call to fish 2 abandoned and drowning Christian families with wee babes to safety. One had already gone bankrupt and lost EVERYTHING – housing, cars, jobs, and had $1 left to their name. I picked them up from a brothel hotel on prostitution alley. A request for a $70 loan that fell upon a deaf church’s ears a year ago snowballed into an avalanche of complete destruction as cold hearts abounded everywhere they turned. They were paying $6000 in interest a MONTH because their church leadership, families, educational systems, and social networks failed to recognize the need of knowledge and successfully invest into their financial stewardship. For a lack of knowledge, they perished financially. They will now be rehomed into another family home that was redeemed a few months ago from the brink of bankruptcy as their wounds are healed and their lives rebuilt. Those who have been forgiven much truly know how to love much!
A second family just got the call from the bank that foreclosure legal proceedings will be started if $3025 doesn’t show up by the end of this month. Both of these families lost their jobs because they were awake enough to know the vaccine was deadly and boldly refused to sell their birthright for a temporary bowl of pottage. They found replacement jobs but at much lower incomes due to their unvaxxed status. They were both tithers to the church system for decades but the church system did nothing to help them when they were the ones in need.
Having a flock of cursed, abandoned and emanciated children that were not fed the meat of the word nor the Fear of the LORD may be the legacy of the church system I grew up with, but I refuse to let it be MY legacy moving forward! I am walking out my salvation with fear and trembling for my children and those around me! It’s time for the Holy Fear of the LORD to rush upon those whose hearts are burning hot for Him.
I received a call from a grown man in tears who was reading the Bible for the first time in his life, brokenly asking why the Canadian Christians he observes around him don’t look anything like what he’s reading if this is the God they say they worship? Simple – they don’t obey what their God says, just what the church system tells them to do. Obedience and holiness isn’t being modeled to them nor accountability expected from the pulpit and church leadership, by the simple fact that the leaders are themselves in demonic straight jackets and shackles while the majority of them don’t even know they’re in bondage. Don’t condemn them, forgive them but don’t follow their standard. Follow God’s standard even if it means you walk alone. Eventually people will see the fruit of righteousness.
We need your help!
I am now asking for your help. As per the prophets instructions in January 2023, I’m asking for you to put your tithes towards those who are in need instead of giving another penny into a church building that carries a mortgage, huge utility bills for a church that is utilized an average of 16 hrs a week if that, insurance coverage, and pre-paid salaries that go only to the elites that have been ordained by man’s Bible Colleges that give a paper on the wall. It’s time to start loving YOUR neighbours and those who are boots on the ground like we demonstrated and shining the light of your good works to glorify your Father in heaven. Demolishing the foundation of abandonment will dislodge all the demons attached to it, one family at a time! Abandonment can be both literal by means of relational/financial/emotional abandonment as well as spiritually abandoning God when people abandon His commandments, saying that we’re under grace and not the Law. That spiritual abandonment has enabled Jezebel to gain a stronghold in our nation, which means that TEACHING Gods’ commandments in the homes once again will weaken then break Jezebel’s territorial hold.
Step 1:
Get to KNOW people. I mean REALLY know them…not this fake church socialization of “How are you? Oh, just fine!” while they’re already homeless. Shame/fear/control has enabled pride to grow deep tentacles when they believe they will just get beaten up even more if they expose they have leprosy instead of trusting they will be healed. Start giving your tithes to those in your immediate circle that you know are financially hurting just like the first century church did, first to believers then to unbelievers to heap coals upon their head. Pay their delinquent utility bills or mortgage payments. Bring them groceries. Better yet, buy bulk at Costco and divvy up the 50lb sack of potatoes and large boxes of bell peppers to the families in your small group at cost to lower the cost of groceries for them. Offer a room or basement apartment free of charge to someone struggling financially while they use their income, if any, to bail themselves out of debt. Or move someone with income but needs a roof in with someone who HAS a roof but needs income, creating a win-win situation. Pray for healing of diabetes and resulting diabetic ulcer so they don’t need to spend $1500 a month on dressing supplies plus the added cost of insulin and blood sugar checks. Offer babysitting or free homeschooling so working parents don’t need to pay $700 on a school pod or $1800 on public daycare. Share your vehicle that sits in the garage most of the time with someone hunting for work or needing to take their child somewhere. Or better yet, GIVE them your unused vehicle. Teach them God’s commandments and how to walk into obedience and holiness to stop the devourer.
I’ve got 2 families right now that need wheels immediately – one lost theirs due to a bankruptcy, another senior ran his into the ground after 617,000km of carpooling others while throwing his resources into others and then paying the rent for 2 other young-uns that lost their jobs during COVID which enabled them to knock out their debt and start getting back up on their feet. Anyone know a senior about to move into with family or nursing home that no longer needs their vehicle and desire to help another family in need? If someone works in a restaurant and has leftover food at the end of the night to be disseminated, how about giving it to the single man down the street working 2 jobs and still drowning financially and choosing to pay his mortgage instead of eat? What about referring someone who needs a job to a place who is looking for work? Disciple those who come across your path in the word and ways of God, whether at the pharmacy while you wait to help a senior pick up their pills or providing a meal and emergency deliverance ministry and counseling for a marriage that is threatening divorce from the overwhelming crush of financial burden.
What is YOUR overflow? Now pour it out! Some have business sense. Others know how to navigate social media like a pro to help the illiterate generations sell unnecessary clutter on Kijiji or Facebook Marketplace to those who need those very items, being a win-win situation for both parties to benefit financially. Some can teach God’s commandments to restore a generation whose parents failed to circumcise their children’s hearts with the Laws of God and the power of the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 30). Some have the gift of gab and can fellowship with lonely people over the phone or texting. Open up your home or apartment to host a weekly get-together to play games, worship, study the Bible, eat and pray together and have each others’ backs LIKE FAMILY! Receive, interpret, and act on the dreams, visions, and words of the LORD faithfully.
I guarantee you will see faster spiritual, emotional, and relational results than any church pew that funnels you in and out in a short and sweet Sunday Service that leaves no room for true transparent fellowship and accountability. Really, if the pastor asked from the pulpit how many people are in debt, which is evidence of being cursed for not hearing and obeying Gods Voice, how many would put up their hands AND receive help that same day? Chances are, they wouldn’t have the boldness to pull such a stunt because the average pastor and church building itself is in debt! How many would feel safe enough to admit they were in foreclosure proceedings or about to be evicted from their rental without getting publicly shamed and condemned? Based on the people that land on my doorstep, putting the word “safety” in the same sentence as “church” is an oxymoron.
We aren’t asking you to do what we haven’t already done. At the last Shemitah cycle, we wiped $21,000 of unpaid debt balances off the books and started fresh as my Unlocking Your Finances conference/course teaches (see resource page), simply by using the basic savings account I still had in my name but I never used once I was married. This honeypot concept can be implemented anywhere there is a bank and someone willing to be generous to someone who is need. Create a honeypot for every 5-10 people to keep accounting simple and balances low, while still being able to pool groups of resources together when the needs are larger. It’s not hampered by the government restrictions of a non-profit because I don’t offer the bribe of non-profit charitable receipts nor take a salary that requires the government to take their cut of taxes nor do I have to pay ordination fees to remain accepted and approved by man. I’m simply a stay-at-home mom that God loves without conditions, helping my friends and the friends of friends direct to source…paying off bills straight to the companies and not to personal bank accounts that could potentially be lied about and used for other purposes. We learned from that mistake within the first year of learning how to roll this out with greater fruit. The Honeypot bank account and associated email for e-transfers is separate from our personal finances and emails for transparency and accountability tracked with a simple Excel spreadsheet, to quickly confront any accusations from greedy and jealousy people of selfishly using funds for ourselves. Authentic Love will always attract persecution AND provision. Forgive and move on, because you know that your reward in Heaven is greater than any lashing a wounded, tormented person can dish out. Give first to those who are willing to sacrificially give to others because they deserve to reap what they have sown = generosity, and to enable and motivate them to continue giving to expand fruitfulness. It’s the concept of sowing into fertile heart soil and reaping 30, 60, or 100 fold reward. We would write the identified needs on a whiteboard and ask Holy Spirit to choose which ones to give to first, receiving confirmation from other givers in our honeypot. His order was never logical by man’s math but ALWAYS bore fruit because He could see what was coming down the pipes and how to navigate us around unseen landmines. It was usually upon reflection that we saw His awesome wisdom!
If you are broken like I am at the state of the church’s debt slavery that was empowered by the last generation’s tolerance for slavery and how it benefited the church system’s hidden agenda, consider going the extra mile and emptying your safety nets to redeem your kinsmen from their debts, either straight up or with 0% loans to enable them to get traction while honoring the shemitah 7 year release principle within scripture. For those who are dying from the vaccines and leaving an inheritance, consider investing to the next generation that will be fruitful. Any pastor that has taken a salary during COVID, while sitting on a savings account to boot, would best repent and restore to the sheep what they have fleeced before the judgment of Ezekiel 34 and Nehemiah 5 lands upon them. That severe warning and unpacking has already been released privately to local leadership and will likely be going public in the days to come.
Step 2:
Once your own core home group is stable, start using the tithes to redeem your kinsmen from debt slavery as per Nehemiah 5. We have used a 2 pronged approach as guided by Holy Spirit. Free gifts initially to get the financial bleeding to stop to get them to safety, then flip the interest-bearing loans into 0% Honeypot loans for those who able to get traction. The money going to the honeypot instead of the bank can now be recycled back out to redeem the next person. For example, a $10,000 credit card at 29%/yr flipped into a 0% interest loan using someone’s savings accounts sitting there shrinking in value due to inflation just in case of a “What if…?” can save that person $2900 in interest charges per year plus all the late penalties the banks heap on top of that. I can guarantee no savings account or average stock market investment can beat that rate of return! Plus, it impacts entire social networks because of the testimony it brings. Generosity motivates others to be generous because they SEE the fruit they never saw in a church building. One utility company man who came to cut the electricity was shocked that we would not only pay a stranger’s reconnection fee but wipe out the entire bill. “Who ARE You??? In my 20 years working this job, I’ve NEVER seen such an act of kindness! Are you a charity or something?” Nope, we are simply a family that does what Jesus did and try our best to say what Jesus says. He gave us an extra 24 hrs of grace to shift around finances…we only needed 12 hrs to knock the entire thing out. ALL the delinquent utilities were paid off within a month. That man is now a baptized believer and loving on others the way it was demonstrated to him.
Financially support those ministers who are ACTUALLY getting the job done by committing to directly paying their bills so they don’t have to be tied down to a stationary 7-5, Monday to Friday job. This kind of living takes a lot of faith that God will truly provide but we have witnessed it proven over and over and over the course of the last 20 years it DOES work when the minister HAS good character and spiritual fruit, not so effective with the minister whose stench drives away provision. That being said, it also weeds out inefficient ministers while supporting those who ARE efficient, making for much better stewardship of finances. Those who get “ordained” just to be able to manipulate people stuck in the church system to give to them without having juicy ripe fruit or favour upon their lives will soon discover that won’t fly in a Kingdom Home Hub setting. When pre-paid salaries are removed, suddenly it’s easy to see who HAS God’s favour and who doesn’t.
This method also surpasses Pharaoh getting his cut of taxes, making tithing income gain more bang for its buck. If you pay a pastor connected to a non-profit corporation a salary of $4000/month worth of tithes, $1000 will go back to the government as tribute to Pharaoh. $1500 – $3000 will go to rent in today’s market. Our own utilities have jumped to $500/month. Our food budget has skyrocketed to $3000/month (BUT we do feed way more than 11 mouths on average each day, far below welfare rates so that can’t be used as a comparison).
Now shift that into a Kingdom Home Hub concept. If it is a salaried pastor shifting into salary-free and relying on non-manipulated biblical support, pay his housing bills directly as an act of love. It’s not salary but charity. Pay his utility and phone bills directly. Get his grocery list and drop off the groceries each week. Provide gas cards or go fill up his vehicle while he takes a shower. Include his children in art class already going on at your table and music lessons in your living room. Keep open communication to identify needs and wants then meet them creatively…not everything requires a cash investment. Sometimes it’s simply a matter of shuffling around resources amongst your community circle or thinking outside the box.
Now, if it’s someone where maintaining their housing is not financially prudent, help them move into provided housing free of charge, eliminating both the rent and utilities that are already being paid by the home-owner. We housed 17 people on $550/month because we were mortgage free. Another 2 families paid a combined $850 to service their mortgage & property taxes instead of the going rate at the time of $2400/mo/family for rent. Paul humbly lived under Priscilla and Aquilla’s roof to reduce expenses without needing to be tied down. Like I mentioned earlier this year, “Life is better in a bunkie!” Not only will this dramatically stretch the impact of that $4000 worth of tithes, that pastor will FEEL loved as his needs are ACTUALLY being met by the body of Christ instead of money just being thrown at him without any relationship investment or fellowship, requiring him to figure out how to make ends meet with a set budget. A Kingdom Home Hub requires transparency that will enable authenticity in the midst of his imperfections instead of having to wear a pulpit mask. He can be accepted for who and where he is in his spiritual walk as he walks out his destiny and anointing without feeling like he has to be in self-protection mode from constant criticism, condemnation, and judgment.
Let’s be real for a moment. Why on earth are you receiving spiritual food from someone who you don’t even know how their marriage or family life is doing or whether they have an anger problem? They may have all the right sermon notes on paper but if his marriage is polluted, the pure message will be polluted due to rust in his delivery pipe. If a pastor has a porn problem (and Jim Staley quoted a shocking stat of 85% do, because addictions thrive in those who struggle with lack of nurture and abandonment that plagues the current church system model), he will be releasing a perverse spirit hitch-hiking on his message.
Step 3:
Start networking with other homegroups around you that you have accountability and relationship with to help them bail out those they know. Cross-pollinate your spiritual giftings. Identify and pull on the anointings in other groups you don’t have. I was spared a preterm c-section because we pulled on a healing anointing from a different group that instantly healed a blood clot in my leg with visible manifestation confirmed by the midwife 6 years ago. The Five-fold ministers should be the ones home-group hopping to equip the saints, not the saints trying to church-hop to get their needs met in a governmental system. We have been able to do what we do because of the other Honeypots we were able to help small groups set up in Fort Erie, Ridgeway, Port Colbourne, Niagara Falls x 2, Hamilton, Stoneycreek, Lebanon, and Listowel and Calgary to date of the ones I KNOW about plus I know word has gotten around to others, too. It’s not just finances but PEOPLE and spiritual resources being networked. Someone in the Calgary group knew of job opportunities in the Guelph region. The Port Colbourne group new of jobs and housing to meet the needs of the Niagara Falls group.
This step is where the Apostolic Hubs desperately need to be identified to network their regional Ecclesias together to cast the larger corporate visions and battle strategies for territorial impact. The thriving underground churches in China and Iran don’t need to build and maintain massive buildings on every street corner, even if God WILL use stadiums in the coming days. They utilize homes for explosive growth. (*Resource: MegaShift by James Rutz) I saw a vision where it would look like a menorah. The apostolic hubs were the main base that provided the foundation and support and connectivity between the individual home hubs that carried the light. What makes more impact? One bonfire or 250 backyard firepits where neighbours can share their fire & wood & marshmellows to start their neighbour’s firepit and enjoy organic fellowship?
Step 4:
This is really step 1 repeated, but continue to sow faithfully into any need that Holy Spirit TELLS you to (not man and not your emotions), no matter how little or big, foolish sounding or out of left wing it may sound. God asked me to “sow” a hug to a PTSD victim having a flashback meltdown, even though they lacked proper clothing at the time. Dignity & “proper” social boundaries were overridden by obedient love. A quick prayer and healing touch broke through the hysterical panic attack. I left with them fully clothed and in a sound mind.

As per the church SYSTEM, I am unqualified to be a paid pastor because I don’t have a Bible College paper on my wall but YOU decide if I am a minister of the gospel worthy of receiving financial support for the spiritual and natural food our entire family has freely provided without recompense for the last 20 years. I’m “just” a stay-at-home mom in the eyes of the world who knows many other hurting yet anointed moms and dads, and am leveraging my tongue verbally and digitally to ask for help to those who can’t or won’t out of fear they’ll get rejected and shamed yet again.
If anyone has large amounts from tithing on the increase of the sale of a house (Proverbs 3:9), I know of a $68,000 mortgage and a $142,000 mortgage and other undisclosed amounts needing to be knocked out this year and a renter of a 2 bedroom make-shifted into 4 bedroom rental who could be given a larger house that as of the last check still had 2 extra families under his family’s roof. These families provided safe haven rent free for others during COVID while they themselves were forcibly unemployed or disabled at various times, leveraging the resources they DID have as they put love for God and His children above the love of money, trusting God would somehow provide as they pooled resources and stretched their characters, emotions, and marriages beyond what they thought was possible. The reality is that a mortgage free house and paid for vehicle can be leveraged for maximum savings to house and transport people rent free compared to a family of 3 having to pay $3400/month and car payment of $600/month to make the world continue to leverage THEIR debt. Use a mortgage-free house with property tax of only $600/month housing 3 family groups and carpooling a paid for vehicle(s) and you could knock out a serious amount of debt while gaining real assets in a short period of time by being willing to crucify your flesh and live together in tight quarters for 3 – 6 months. Stay longer and shift into group economics, as Joshua Giles prophesied, to buy the next house or vehicle with cash, repeating the cycle until you all are owners. We need to get wiser with our finances if we are only halfway up the mountain of interest rate climbs prophesied to reach 1970s levels (mortgage rates at 17-25% and 13% inflation for Canada, currently at ~ 8% mortgage Apr 2023 and 7% inflation as of Sept 2022).
