That’s what I woke up hearing. We are in the decade of the mouth. The kingdom of heaven is within us. The kingdom is not of mere words but POWER! The power to heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils. The keys of hell and the grave reside within US, because Christ Jesus the hope of glory resides within our hearts.
The impeachment and even this coronavirus pandemic are time devouring attention grabbers. The media screams, “Look here …keep looking. I’m not doing or saying anything new or useful, repeating the same drivel for hours at a time but stay focused on me so you don’t pay attention to …” What? What is the devil trying to keep our attention & resources off right now??? He knows he’s already lost but if he can just keep our attention on him for just a bit longer, drag it out for just another 24 hrs. longer, he’ll win a few more in his dying moments.
FEAR is trying to rear its head, pretending to be stronger than our imaginations, trying to superimpose itself upon our realities by getting us to come into agreement with it. Fear has no power beyond what we give it with our mouths. Just like the kingdom of heaven. So, who will YOU partner your tongue with? Is Jesus mouth in mouth with YOU?
