THIRD GREAT HARVEST – GRAPES OF WRATH

I woke up this morning with a melody ringing in my spirit and what I thought was part of the lyrics but wasn’t – “The coming day of the LORD.” With the help of a friend’s mom, we figured out it was the melody for the song “The Battle Hymn of the Republic”. Quite appropriate as I realize it is July 4th as I write this out, but the song is a play on words about a different Kingdom republic – the Kingdom of Heaven!

3 things before I get to the original, unsanitized lyrics from 1861, sung in 1862.

1) The Coming Day of the LORD. There are too many verses to include but the theme is starkly different than the coddling, effeminate, powerless version of Jesus Christ that the North American church system has painted of our Kingdom’s Commander in Chief! Read Isaiah 13 – the Burden against Babylon! Here’s a link to a bunch more verses for the hungry to do you own homework – https://bible.knowing-jesus.com/topics/Day-Of-The-Lord

2) A niggling memory of a prophesy about the foolishness of Americans to think they could have Independence from God and celebrate their rebellion on Independence Day without consequence. I haven’t been able to hunt it up as of yet, but I remember it striking such holy fear in my heart at the reality of His warning. I warned my sister not to travel to the USA around that time years ago, when I didn’t yet understand that prophetic words could take years before manifesting (likely around 2015-2016ish) or have symbolic meaning. It had something to do w a tsunami wave hitting Florida.

3) Reading the hymn below and seeing key words from so many prophetic voices leaping out all in a single song to tie them together in a way most of them didn’t present their words in a TONE of judgment for the rebellious but regardless, that’s what they are lining up for. Judgment for the righteous is glorious and adventurous so get under God’s covenant of protection and hang on for the ride!

THEMES:
– Glory…is to demonstrate judgment upon the wicked (disobedient to the Law of Moses) and justice for the righteous.
– Grapes – it will be the 3rd blood moon this year during the grape harvest (Feast of Tabernacles). The first 2 were Purim and Passover
– Lightning – Hank Kunneman released a word to watch for the lightnining. It struck the Washington Monument which is a type of asherah pole and phallic symbol, something many churches have as part of their building structure aka the steeple.
– Swift Sword…the Sword of the LORD
– Watchfires….the Year of Fire (Patricia King and many others). The year of the watchman (Jeremiah Johnson and others)
– Righteous sentence – James Goll and others. Year of growing in righteousness
– Flaring Lamps – the burning/shining ones being released.
– “so with you my grace shall deal.” – heb 10:26-31, so many warnings w those verses this year and about the hypergrace movement that condone sin in the camp.
– Trumpet…Trump is a trumpet.
– judgment- seat and swift…my 5780 word about a swift blow to the Freemasons. And Amos 1 unpacking.
– He died to make men holy…highway of holiness, holiness unto the LORD. (Lana vawser and many others)
– Coming on the glory of the morning of the wave…Army of the Dawn – Rick Joyner, Nate and Christy Johnson’s word about the coming wave among any other wave words.
– Wisdom …the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. The Fear of the LORD is returning to the Church (ecclesia).

The coming Great Awakening isn’t going to be all kicks and giggles like many make it out to be in ear tickling prophetic words. Its the 3rd harvest. First was barley. Second was wheat. Now comes the grapes of wrath. Both Tracey Cooke and Jeremiah Johnson were pointing out starting September 2020 was the season of recompense. Many are going to discover the church system told them they were going to be blessed when in reality they have not repented of their sin as per GOD’S DEFINTION OF SIN because they were never taught the Book of the Law that instruct us in God’s Ways and will be recompensed along with the haughty who wickedly departed from their God.

Where’s the good news? When we depart from God like David did, and return in repentance God will turn His face upon us once again and heal our land. Yes, there will be consequences for our sin – Bathsheba and David’s son conceived in adultery remained cursed with death but God blessed them after their marriage with Solomon.

2 Samuel 22:21-28 – “The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness; According to the cleanness of my hands He has recompensed me. For I have kept the ways of the Lord , And have not wickedly departed from my God. For all His judgments were before me; And as for His statutes, I did not depart from them. I was also blameless before Him, And I kept myself from my iniquity. Therefore the Lord has recompensed me according to my righteousness, According to my cleanness in His eyes. “With the merciful You will show Yourself merciful; With a blameless man You will show Yourself blameless; With the pure You will show Yourself pure; And with the devious You will show Yourself shrewd. You will save the humble people; But Your eyes are on the haughty, that You may bring them down.

Now for the lyrics.

BATTLE HYMN OF THE REPUBLIC

First published version 1862, written by Julia Ward Howe in 1861.

Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of His terrible swift sword:
His truth is marching on.

(Chorus)
Glory, Glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

I have seen Him in the watch-fires of a hundred circling camps,
They have builded Him an altar in the evening dews and damps;
I can read His righteous sentence by the dim and flaring lamps:
His day is marching on.

(Chorus)
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

I have read a fiery gospel writ in burnished rows of steel:
“As ye deal with my contemners, so with you my grace shall deal”;
Let the Hero, born of woman, crush the serpent with his heel,
Since God is marching on.

(Chorus)
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat;
He is sifting out the hearts of men before His judgment-seat;
Oh, be swift, my soul, to answer Him! Be jubilant, my feet!
Our God is marching on.

(Chorus)
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Our God is marching on.

In the beauty of the lilies Christ was born across the sea,
With a glory in His bosom that transfigures you and me.
As He died to make men holy, let us die to make men free,
While God is marching on.

(Chorus)
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Our God is marching on.

He is coming like the glory of the morning on the wave,
He is Wisdom to the mighty, He is Succour to the brave,
So the world shall be His footstool, and the soul of Time His slave,
Our God is marching on.
