The first few days of March 2022 were a downpour of visions & concepts & even prophetic acts of stepping outside of Mammon’s value into the God-Given Intrinsic Value of Family. We know that we cannot serve both God and Mammon, but what does the distinction look like?
One of those distinctions is when one’s identity and value is determined by the size of his paycheck vs God-given identity and talents in use to be about the Father’s Business. Suddenly children have value as they are absorbent sponges to receive the knowledge and “tomato-staking” of the godly older generations while using their strength to help those whose strength is beginning to fade. The elderly have value as their skills and knowledge are passed down in the abundance of their free time to the 3rd and 4th generations. Stay-at-home moms have value by raising nurtured & well-grounded children with godly character & practical life skills while also being available to care for elderly parents that need extra TLC. Those who work away from home are no longer focused on trying to “climb the ladder” for higher and higher paychecks but rather the value they add to the community as life is no longer tied to the almighty dollar time can bring but rather the value serving can add to enrich relationships.
This morning (March 2, 2022) I felt Holy Spirit angry and grieved towards a news article of a pastor who camped on a roof to raise $35 Million for a community centre in Chicago to help with the inundation of violence, crime, and drugs in that city. https://www.breakingchristiannews.com/articles/m_display_art.html?ID=34802 Confused, I pondered why that was a bad thing to draw attention to and receive support. Below was what I received in my journaling:
“…Because a building won’t solve anything. Rather use that money to pay off healthy married family unit homes so that they can MODEL healthy family relationships, bringing honor back to the healthy family unit. Oodles of research shows the problem with the black community is fatherlessness, not the lack of places to play basketball or swim. $35 million at $300,000/home = 116 designated families (*could be more homes if their mortgages are even lower!), spread out throughout the entire community instead of a single building inaccessible to most. One-time investment instead of needing ongoing overhead costs. Modeling unconditional love will multiply through the generations. Statistics show that those who are happily married to their first spouse and own their own homes have the highest rates of contentment and prosperity, so those are the homes we want to locate.”
1 John 3:16-19 NLT – 16 We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters. 17 If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister[f] in need but shows no compassion—how can God’s love be in that person? 18 Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions. 19 Our actions will show that we belong to the truth, so we will be confident when we stand before God.
James 2: 14-17 NLT – 14 What good is it, dear brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but don’t show it by your actions? Can that kind of faith save anyone? 15 Suppose you see a brother or sister who has no food or clothing, 16 and you say, “Good-bye and have a good day; stay warm and eat well”—but then you don’t give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do?
17 So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless.
Give me grace while I go nerdy for a moment. Practically, Chicago is just under 228 square miles. 116 designated families would be roughly 1 home every 2 square miles = a home easily accessible in EVERY neighbourhood of Chicago. How quickly would that multiply and ripple out to 1 home in every square mile, then every city block, as the VISION is cast like a rock in their city of a pond? Biblically speaking, those who hear and obey God’s voice would be lenders and not borrowers to begin with so they should be the FIRST GENERATION to birth this model, and then wisely stewarding the funds provided by getting down to business of being kinsmen redeemers and redeeming their brethren from the bondage of Pharaoh’s Storehouse and teach them how to hear and obey so they too can shift into the blessings of Deuteronomy 28. By utilizing the Priests’ Storehouse and Pooh’s Honeypot concept with the Recycling Factor within a homegroup setting, that $300,000 could multiply to have a multi-million dollar impact!
Is there any correlation of generational church influence upon crime to suggest that constructing more buildings would actually help? There are reportedly 365 catholic churches in Chicago in 2020. ( https://mysweetindulgence.com/most-popular/how-many-catholic-churches-are-in-chicago/ ) In 1988, the ‘Greater Chicago Religious Directory of the Church Federation of Greater Chicago’ included listings for over 10,000 individual churches, although the population and likely church listings have decreased since then. Let’s do the math from 34 years ago and get a reality check. 10,000 listed churches / 228 miles = 43 listed churches per square mile! The New York Times reported on Aug 13, 1989, “The report said there were 1.56 million violent crimes and 12.36 million property crimes in 1988, for a combined total of 13.9 million.” That is 13.9 million crimes / 228 sq m= 60,964 crimes/square mile each with an average of 43 listed churches, or 1417 crimes per church quadrant in 1988. It’s quite obvious the listed churches in 1988 were failing to introduce their communities to the Real Jesus (contrasted with Another Jesus, spirit, and gospel) and advance the Kingdom of Heaven in their sphere of influence and bind the forces of darkness and loose the angelic realm to minister to those that shall inherit salvation. (Squirrel! Does a murder charge still stick if the person is raised from the dead? But I digress.)
Contrast that with closer to home. Niagara Falls has a population of 95,282 as per the last census for 81.9 sq miles, and 319 currently listed places of worship in the Yellow Pages. That works out to just under 4 places of worship per square mile.
Current 2020 stats show there are 11,777.9 crimes/100k Chicago population for all of 2020, a population of 2,746,388 in the April 2020 Census = 323,702 crimes for Chicago. ( https://www.areavibes.com/chicago-il/crime/ , https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/chicagocityillinois ) I couldn’t find any complete listings of churches for 2020 beyond an evangelical listing of 79 churches but we know many went belly up in 2020 and onward, while the crime rate appears to have gone down.
Niagara Falls has a listed crime rate of 3550/100k, with a population of 95,282 = 3382 crimes. 41 crimes/sq mile or 10 crimes per place of worship quadrant. It appears that less churches does NOT mean less crime, again going back to the original point of thinking a $35M community centre would solve the city’s spiritual problems. This is only 2 cities with very limited stats but I wonder if we would see this same inverse pattern of fewer “places of worship” to less crime per capita if figures were studied on a larger scale? Anyone wondering what to do for a Ph.D. research thesis assignment?
The more churches closed over time, the lower the crime supposedly dropped in Chicago which makes sense given that a spirit of religion would lose their high place and idolatrous Baal worship would not be as widely promoted in that region. Granted, lockdowns would have temporarily impacted crime rates, which could skew the short-term results; however, criminals tend not to care about the law to begin with. If we recall Mayor Lightfoot’s warm welcome to the violent BLM looters and arsonists the summer of 2020, and the wave of crime it unleashed, it’s hard to wonder how the numbers remained so low. Who knows the impact of forcing church goers out of the building and into the arms of Jesus as well as extending His arms to others for those who took personal responsibility to develop their spiritual growth and those within their spheres of influence as the Oxen Cart illegally carrying the Ark of the Covenant got knocked askew, shifting the Ark into the Obed Edom homes of blessing? I suspect that the level of sincere prayers from the heart rose significantly once outside the church building walls and back into the home setting.
Violent crime rates for Chicago are surprisingly lower than 49 other American cities per capita despite all their negative press. ( https://www.cbsnews.com/chicago/news/chicago-fbi-violent-crime-rate-totals-nation-compare-stats/ ) Even with those conservative rough numbers of 365+79 = 444 churches, it works out to at least one church for every half a square mile on average or a population responsibility of 6185/church. If every congregation had 150 people, that is an average of only 40 Chicago-ites per church member they would need to display the love of Jesus to. If people actually LIVED out the Bible instead of merely read it or talked about it, impacting 40 people would be quite simple without any drastic changes to a person’s life. Unemployment rates in July 2021 topped out at a max of 10.7% and Jan 2022 was 5.4%. https://ycharts.com/indicators/chicago_il_unemployment_rate Again, the lockdown and closure of churches seems to have improved crime rates instead of causing more problems. The real test will be to see the long term impact of isolation on individuals spiritual walks once the lockdowns lift.
If each of those 444 churches’ congregants caught the vision to shift from the building to the home with the church building becoming the apostolic hub providing the networking and specialized centralized services like deliverance, healing, or dance ministry or recording studios for those homes based on their sphere of influence while the meat of shepherding happened in individual homes as the available fathers step up to the plate as role models and teach every family that gathers in their home to listen to Holy Spirit’s teaching as they read and study and obey the Bible for themselves, imagine the transformational power! Mega Shift: Igniting Spiritual Power by James Rutz is a great vision casting book with lots of testimonies. Getting every single one of their congregants through intensive deliverance, such as Restoring The Foundations or Prayers That Heal the Heart by Dr. Mark Virkler, and filled with the Fear of the LORD, the baptism and POWER of the Holy Spirit, teaching spiritual authority, and the Laws of God like Nehemiah 9:1-3 to lay a foundation of freedom. Then start using the tithes within each home group to redeem their own families out of debt while teaching and modeling accountability with Biblical Financial stewardship (a combo of practical and spiritual principles such as Dave Ramsey’s FPU or Life Leadership Financial Fitness + my free Unlocking Your Finances conference videos & manual on my website resources page), you would see a drastically different Chicago or any city for that matter within a single 12 month period because poverty and a lack of nurturing, stable homes that give access to demonic torment drive crime! Cast out those crispy critters and relay a firm foundation upon the Rock, and Chicago would become a beacon of light to the nation! Oh wait a minute, it’s already been prophesied to be so. It helps to be reminded of destiny words over cities.

When the LORD brings judgment and cleansing to the Masonic and New World Order structures, the Bride of Christ needs to be ready to jump into action because many demonic strongholds over cities and generational lines will be temporarily demolished, leaving a void. We must quickly fill the empty strongholds and build a godly stronghold before 7 worse come back in! It has already been prophesied that a lot of religions and cults will spring up to attempt to fill those voids when the lukewarm and wicked are culled so our work is cut out for the remnant before the darkness of 2024 Kent Christmas prophesied hits full force and those with light get to shine brightly.
As I continued to ponder on this download throughout the day, below are some more points that leapt out that would work for ANY city, not just Chicago, and function on any scale:
- Healthy, functional, godly marriages and families in debt-free homes are a dearth even inside the church culture from my observation. This will require rectification in order to truly make Kingdom impact in our societies. The church can’t help solve problems they themselves lack the solution to. Identify those who HAVE those qualities already to model to the next generation who are called to become spiritual mothers and fathers. Invest in those relationships that will produce multiplication.
- Instead of investing $35 Million into a single building in a single location that would have ongoing annual overhead maintenance & utilities, salaries, and many legal limitations due to being operated within the corporate world that the government has authority to shut down at their whim, shift that single lump sum into functional families that are all across the city laid out in a rough grid pattern, one in each neighbourhood within walking distance and let those HOMES become the naturally born community centres where true accountability, character development, and long-term family-style relationships can develop without the automatic class distinction of “hired help” vs. “those in need” that a corporate community centre would create. With the 7 years of dearth almost upon us, we need to be as financially stable with as much overflow built into out our systems as possible to become the lenders and not the borrowers, in order to take ground rapidly when the opportunity hits as the idols and high places of Freemasonry are demolished (think Washington D.C, Washington Monument, and so forth throughout America). Families that are healthy and financially stable will also be able to absorb the massive influx of orphans that are coming, much like during Operation Pied Piper during WW2.
- Increasing the proportion of home ownership & pride of ownership in a community always adds value and stability to that community. Reducing the debt-slavery in a community reduces the yoke of Pharaoh, birthing creativity and opportunities to develop into our God-given identities.
- Financial example – in order to pay for a $1200 mortgage payment requires a rough gross paycheck of $2400, by the time taxes, E.I., CPP, union dues, gas/lunches/work clothing are subtracted. Then if that family has a child, daycare while the mom is at work would cost $800/mo/child for afterschool care, more for infant or preschool costs. Therefore, utilizing that $35 million to eliminate mortgage payments has the reach of over $100 million by sowing it into good soil that bears fruit from that seed instead of parched soil that will continually cry for more support. Creating godly solutions to assist people shifting from renting into mortgages increases dignity while lowering the cost of living because statistically, mortgage payments are less than rent and create equity growth, lifting people out of poverty. In Edmonton, our mortgage was $1100 on a 25 yr amortization when neighbourhood rent was $2200 for the same style/size of house.
- Once that second parent is no longer slaving just to keep a roof over their heads, they now have the energy and vitality to be investing into their own homes, in developing their communities, both inside and outside the home front. Stay-at-home moms, the retired / elderly, children, and even disabled in one dimension are a hidden asset that needs their value restored and utilize the myriad of resources and abilities they are able to bring to the table to strengthen communities – their knowledge, time, resources, creative potentials, etc. Many social problems manifest because people have lost their sense of identity and purpose, much of which was lost due to being directly tied to a Mammon mentality.
- Unconditional love is contagious. Once you have received unconditional love without manipulation or strings attached, it’s hard to not reciprocate that out wherever you go. Operating on a foundation of giving unconditional love will ripple out much further than trying to operate on a concept where everyone is feeling prostituted by the corporate pimps. This is where we are going to see the Micro make a Macro impact. If you threw 116 evenly distanced stones into a lake, how long would it take for those ripples to cover the entire lake? How quickly would it take to reproduce multiplication stones that can add new areas of ripple effects? In our own family, we welcomed in one homeless family almost 7 years ago with God’s loving kick in our butt, walked them through a severe trauma, taught them how to get out of an “impossible” amount of debt in 5.5 months, got them back up on their feet in a new home, and they began doing the same to others within a few years. We have since had 5 broken, homeless families come through our home who have stayed married in spite of their trauma’s, and became valuable assets to their communities with the 6th currently in house. All 5 have repeated the cycle of bringing in people rent-free to restore them and get them back on their feet. One family, 11 “stones” whose ripples made international impact. Who knows how far their 3rd generation of redeemed lives will ripple out? What could God birth out of YOUR willingness to die to self?
- When a culture encourages every joint supplying to fulfill a vision greater than a single person can fulfill instead of urging people to focus on how to make the biggest buck possible, a sense of nurturing, unity, and passion will be restored to the community. Making money isn’t wrong; making it your idol while trodding others under foot and losing your identity, dignity,and honor in the process of chasing the unholy dollar is the problem.
- On the negative side, a community centre (or church for that matter) that is supposed to serve the community wouldn’t be hiring those the most in need for the simple fact that they wouldn’t have the skills base or character qualities and often transportation needed to run a community centre. Again, all that income is flowing through Pharaoh’s broken system that fails to be a wise investment of Kingdom Finances. There are limitations of what they can do, who they can help, the depth of relationships developed, the hours they can be open, all the crushing government rules & regulations. There are so many deficits within a corporate structure that a family environment is capable of providing. There are many people that would never go to a public location that nurtures pride & poverty until they are completely broken, that WOULD be willing to open up to those demonstrating the love and compassion of Jesus when the danger level is only orange and much easier to rectify. Think medical parallel for a second. It’s the difference of intervention with a pre-diabetic vs one who has already had their leg amputated and gone blind. Those who have been snared by a demonic triad of Jezebel/Leviathan/Ahab are able to receive unconditional love in accountable family environments from people they have built relationship with, that then starts demolishing the root upon which it sprung up on = abandonment, and begin restoring the desolation of many generations and repairing the breach deep within their soul.
Imagine an unbelieving family who had their 30 yr old home-based business hamstrung during COVID lockdowns. They are hanging on by a fraying thread as the payday loan sharks are chomping on their ankles. Pharaoh’s “solution” would not kick in until after they had lost their leased family vehicle, foreclosed on their family home and become homeless, endured the shame, fear, and trauma of collectors and wage garnishment at best if they could even find work, or at worst use your tax dollars to receive slave wages from welfare along with paying salaries & overhead for all the people who run the system, and penalize them every time they attempt to escape the system with an alarmingly high rate of addictions and suicides. The Priests’ Storehouse solution would recognize that a fellow family in their community is hurting because regular behaviour suddenly changes, signaling early signs of financial distress. Because relationships have already been built and compassion for our fellow man with open communication is nurtured, shame is easily overcome and truth is revealed both ways – the truth of their financial need and God’s truth about His free gift of salvation. Tithes have already been collecting within the home group ready to meet any identified community needs and walk alongside them out of the tight spot. Human resources are plugged in to volunteer and share larger material resources to keep overall costs down during the tight squeeze. Wisdom, knowledge, and creative strategies from other home group families are shared and applied. Instead of that family having their spirit broken and becoming a generational welfare family, they are now back on their feet within a matter of months, repaying the interest free Biblical loan back into the group, and their tithes are now helping to redeem and honor the next family. What would cost the government hundreds of thousands to accomplish could take one group who took the commandment to be your brother’s keeper seriously with a mere $5000 that went to help PEOPLE instead of paying for priests who teach for hire and mortgages/overhead for a community building. And since there is no “income” being made due to being 0% interest handshake loans among friends and gifts are not taxable in Canada, the government is completely out of the picture. The left hand does not need to know what the right hand is up to.
Tax refund season is coming up. What impact could YOU make in your own sphere of influence to end a family’s cliffhanger adventure NOW instead of saving your refund for a family vacation or even putting in your “What if” future disaster fund? What memories would be built in your children as they learned the value of loving their neighbour as themselves through the walkout process that requires tightening your own belts for a spell and getting your hands dirty? How many souls could that investment of $5000, coupled with a whole pile of sacrificial love with a ton of spiritual warfare as they are redeemed from Jezebel’s Concentration Camp, bring into the Kingdom of Heaven? Only Heaven knows. But I know this. The way to break the stranglehold of Mammon in your life and theirs is to jump off the proverbial cliff to use your money the way God tells us to, with FAITH, HOPE, and LOVE, believing that He truly is YOUR Provider, as you rescue those who don’t know Him intimately as their provider yet.
Deut 15: 4-11 – 4 “There should be no poor among you, for the Lord your God will greatly bless you in the land he is giving you as a special possession. 5 You will receive this blessing if you are careful to obey all the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today. 6 The Lord your God will bless you as he has promised. You will lend money to many nations but will never need to borrow. You will rule many nations, but they will not rule over you.
7 “But if there are any poor Israelites in your towns when you arrive in the land the Lord your God is giving you, do not be hard-hearted or tightfisted toward them. 8 Instead, be generous and lend them whatever they need. 9 Do not be mean-spirited and refuse someone a loan because the year for canceling debts (**Shemitah 7th Year, THIS year) is close at hand. If you refuse to make the loan and the needy person cries out to the Lord, you will be considered guilty of sin. 10 Give generously to the poor, not grudgingly, for the Lord your God will bless you in everything you do. 11 There will always be some in the land who are poor. That is why I am commanding you to share freely with the poor and with other Israelites in need.
