We are shaping up for the greatest showdown in history. Elijah had 450 + 400 prophets to show down against. Today there are thousands upon thousands around the world of Jezebel’s prophets. The shaking will be done by My hand, not man’s hand, that they may know I am the one True God. Just like I was the one who sent fire down upon Elijah’s offering, again I shall send fire down from the sky upon my chosen vessels but this time it won’t go out when the sacrifice is burnt up. This time my living sacrifices will continue to burn…my burning ones. My vessels will be an example of pure fire, right from my heavenly altar. The coals purified Isaiah’s unclean lips. Can you imagine what the continual flame would do?
Get ready for the greatest showdown on earth. “The wicked plot against the godly; they snarl at them in defiance. But the LORD just laughs for he sees their day of judgment coming…For the strength of the wicked will be shattered, but the LORD takes care of the godly. Ps 37:12-13, 16-17 NTL” There’s a spirit of murder coming upon the Naboth’s. Intercede for them and warn them. Others will be seduced into being Jezebel’s henchmen. Good people will swallow up the lies, thinking they are doing a good thing. Beware of the jealousy and envy of Ahab behind the scenes. Discern it and you will identify the direction of Jezebel’s attacks. Strengthen the arms of the spiritual eunuchs, that their strength fail not when the clarion call comes to their window. Rouse the Jehu’s to mount their steads and get into position. Now is not the time to be learning how to ride a horse. It’s battle time. The true Jehu’s that have answered My call in the secret room and acted in faith have prepared themselves accordingly to the instructions that were delivered. They know who they are.
To the true prophets, stand strong and watch the hand of the LORD fight on your behalf. This was not a battle that Elijah won with a sword but in simple faith. His faith never wavered as he watched the prophets of Ba’al work themselves into a frenzy. Your emotions will be the enemy’s target, trying to draw you into the hype of the show down. Stand strong in the LORD’s power and might, and not in your own strength. It will be by My Spirit that the battle will be won. After you have done everything, stand. Do not allow your knees to buckle in fear and intimidation. Do not tuck tail and run. Know your enemy’s strategies – fear, intimidation, control, seduction, withdrawal to sulk before a sly attack, accusation through the mouths of others, letters of intent aimed behind the scenes. Jezebel knows Elijah is stronger than her. That’s why there won’t a direct power encounter with Jezebel herself, but rather her false prophets.
See beneath the make-up to the true Jezebel beneath. Now look deeper to the person behind the spirit of Jezebel that I created in My image and in My likeness. Jezebel went after Elijah to take him out. John the Baptist was the Elijah to come. Their anointing is one and the same – to confront the wickedness in the land and call people to repentance. For there cannot be a true reformation without first a full out clash of kingdoms. You cannot reform a land that is under the control of another. First, authority must be established and then change can happen swiftly and speedily. It will make your head spin. See My people as I see them in their hearts deep within that even they have not acknowledged exists. This will keep you in love in the midst of judgment. And when everything is done, be my hands and feet to restore the broken. Truly heal the wounds and restore true peace.
