I briefly caught the headlines of another fearmongering media rant that shall remain nameless. It immediately rose within me that this is yet another manifestation of the Jezebel spirit spazzing as it tries to maintain its grip over people’s mind, will, and emotions. Is it possible that people are actually blind to what the media is doing? Why else are they tolerating and participating with this Jezebel stronghold of the media???
The media is merely a puppet on a string to be used for mind control by those behind the scenes. Stop there. What is mind control? According to Wikipedia, “Brainwashing (also known as mind control, menticide, coercive persuasion, thought control, thought reform, and re-education) is the concept that the human mind can be altered or controlled by certain psychological techniques.” All you have to do is to compare elementary American history school books written by pro-Islamic views vs communist Marxists vs patriotic conservatives to see what I mean. I decree in the mighty name of Jesus Christ that the media and those behind them shall fall into the very pit they themselves have dug for the demise of others, that the spirit of Haman will be hung on the very gallows built to destroy God’s chosen ones.
You can’t change something until you first recognize what it is and that it is a problem. I liken the Jezebel spirit stronghold to an octopus with a head and many tentacles. Chopping off a single tentacle doesn’t work as they grow back, just like starfish and gecko tails. First you must cut off the head and then dismember the tentacles so it doesn’t grow back. You must first bind the strongman before you can plunder his house. And you can only bind the strongman by having one stronger than the first to come – Jesus Christ.
Jezebel’s stronghold house is made up of Fear, Intimidation, Control, Witchcraft (which is powered by Rebellion), Defiance to authority, Anger, Manipulation. Victim attitude, Poverty in cahoots with Mammon, False accusation, redirection with misinformation, blaming, bitterness (which is rooted in unforgiveness). Polarizing divisiveness.
Now layer the media on top of that, regardless what the topic is, be it vaccination, the migrant caravan, immigration reform, sexual misconduct, the Smolley case, any myriad of Trump-associated topics, and let’s see if your eyes are opened.
Jezebel’s Tentacles:
Fear – The media takes a small detail and sensationalizes it, blowing it out of proportion and uses it to fearmonger their point of view, which is usually politically motivated to get you to VOLUNTARILY decide to do what they want you to do (even if you FEEL like you don’t have a choice). God gave us free will but the devil will gladly manipulate it to his own purposes. The GOOD NEWS? God has not given us a SPIRIT of Fear, so use your authority and cast it out! In its place, receive Love, Power, and a Sound Mind. Fear is cast out by perfect love, which is birthed in a relationship with the Heavenly Father, whom Jesus came to show us the way to. Jesus not the destination, but the way, so finish your journey!
Intimidation – Scaring people to come into agreement with them is often done through inflammatory language and listing out threats and public accusation disguised as “truth”, often using unsubstantiated or twisted information and providing only one side of the details that benefits their own stance. The GOOD NEWS? Replace intimidation with standing in your God-given rightful authority to trample upon all serpents and scorpions and none shall by any means harm you. Stand firm upon the Rock of Righteousness, knowing that God will have your back if you stand upon His standards and for Him.
Control – This progresses from mere fear and intimidation to actually stepping into the realm of forcing your will and taking away your choice and your voice. Any choice that does not line up with their own viewpoints will be penalized. For example, the schools taking away the parents freedom of choice to vaccinate by withhold the children’s right to an education and penalizing the parents with loss of income as they now have to find alternative childcare or miss work. Another one would be pastoral leadership kicking people out of churches that question with their sacred cow doctrines or confront their sin. The GOOD NEWS? Jesus brings freedom/liberty to take responsibility for our decisions and resulting blessings/consequences. God is sovereign and in charge of His creation, and there is peace when we come under His covenantal protection through obedience to His conditions.
Mammon – Control and Poverty will be found in cahoots with Mammon, which in the simplest form is the love of money and looking to money as our provider instead of God himself and will pressure you to disobey God’s commandments out of fear of lack. Notice that those pushing forward demonic themes will retaliate against those who stand up for truth by hitting them in their wallets with lawsuits, loss of income, or penalizing them with extra taxes. Case in point would be the lawsuit against the Cake Baker who got sued by the gay couple because he refused to make their wedding cake. Instead of simply going somewhere else, notice how they will take a minor thing, blow it into a sensational piece in order to incite powerful, divisive emotions and terror in the ears of who hears it. Another case would be pastors who demand members give their tithes AND offerings to THEIR church or else they will lose their membership and in turn threaten they will lose their “open heavens/blessings” which are not the pastor’s to give in the first place but God’s. (This is actually a subtle form of charismatic witchcraft, by the way .)The GOOD NEWS? The Most High God is our provider. When we live in obedience to His commandments, we will prosper in all that we put our hands to.
Witchcraft – There is life and death in the power of the tongue and those who love it will eat the fruit thereof. Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. When the tongue decrees and declares and prophesies and comes into agreement with the will and rebellion of the devil, you have now crossed the line into witchcraft. Derek Prince in one of his sermons mentioned that he was shocked to discover there was MORE witchcraft happening in North American, especially their churches, than there was in Africa. Wherever tradition is esteemed more highly than God’s word and His truth, witchcraft will abound. The GOOD NEWS? Loving the truth (aka BELIEVING truth and LIVING truth) will break the strong delusion that has come them, restoring wisdom and discernment to ourselves and our leaders. It will also bring blessing everywhere that rebellion and witchcraft has brought cursing. Obedience is more powerful than rebellion, activating supernatural powers to come to our aid and deliverance.
Defiance against authority – God is in charge of who is put into each authority sphere be it government or social, using them for blessing or judgment upon the people under that leader. Read that again. Sin or obedience of the people under a leader are ultimately responsible for who God choses as their leader. For people to dishonor the nation’s leader simply because they don’t like his personality, or his lifestyle means they are actually defying the Most High God, saying that He doesn’t know what He’s doing. Judgment is supposed to draw the humble to repent of their sin and turn back to God, but the proud get angry at their judgment and dig their holes deeper. Wives defy their husbands because “they are passive dimwits” as they literally manifest the media-projected stereotypes of the “American family.” Children defy and terrorize their parents because schools and media have taught them parents have no authority to discipline their children or right to establish order in the home. Parent abdicate their God-given authority over their own children to governments, schools, media, and medical systems that have overstepped their bounds in order to control areas outside of their God-given spheres of authority. The GOOD NEWS? Showing honor for and establishing rightful authority back into its place while confronting and putting authority usurpers back in their lowly places will bring revitalization and reformation into every sector of society.
Anger – Make no friends with an angry man lest thou learn his ways and develop a snare to thy soul. Anger is used against those who do not immediately bow to the preferred point of view as yet another form of intimidation and manipulation. Inciting anger in others is another key because it’s contagious and will spread their viewpoint into ears that the original offender didn’t have access to. It will also provoke passivity in true authority figures who have been wearied to exhaustion by the constant extreme emotional moodswings and are willing to sacrifice whatever it takes to “keep the peace”. Passivity becomes the ungodly survival mechanism to cope with the demonically powered anger. The GOOD NEWS? Anger is a demon and God commands us to get RID of all anger, malice, and wrath – not tolerate it. Those who dwell in the secret place, a place that is only accessible by those with clean hands and a pure heart, will provide protection.
Victim attitude & Blaming – As long as someone believes they are a victim, they will act like one and become easy to control, socially and demonically. As long as they FEEL powerless to do anything, they WILL DO NOTHING! They will stand by, complain, wring their hands in passivity and wallow in self-pity, and DO NOTHING. In turn, they will blame others instead of taking responsibility and effort for being part of the solution. The goal of the Jezebel strongholds in our society is to convince everyone that there is nothing they can do about the situation when really, the “victims” or spiritual eunuchs are actually the ones who have the authority to toss them out the window. They just need to realize they DO have a choice! The LGTB mindsets that have swept North America into a tizzy were promoted to the place of dominating an entire culture by a mere united 7% of the population while 93% sat passively by and kept quiet out of fear of rocking the boat or appearing “intolerant.” The Nazi regime that resulted in the slaughter of millions of Jews, soldiers, and civilians as they incited World War 2 started the same way – just a small percentage of the population who were manifested the Jezebel stronghold spiritual dynamics and intimidating everyone into compliance or decimating anyone who got in their way. The GOOD NEWS? It only took 7% of bold unity to shred the moral fabric of our continent and influence the world in a single generation. The same bold unity can restore the moral fabric and foundational building blocks of healthy families. Gideon conquered 135,000 Midianites with a mere 300 fearless soldiers that knew how to use their trumpets (their voices) and shine their torches (passionately hot, purified, holy and righteous lives that shine forth Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit with intensity). God commands us to be overcomers or else face judgment. Believe me, being a silent victim hurts more than being bold for truth!
False Accusation / Misinformation and redirection / deception – We have been hearing it called “Fake News” but this is nothing new. It’s as old as the Garden of Eden – presenting a partial truth with some arsenic-laced deception subtly mixed in there somewhere that will bring death. The devil knows we won’t swallow a blatant lie the first go around so he slips in deception. He will inflame emotions in order to try to get you on the defensive, using mob mentality of ignorant swine to rush headlong into drowning themselves. The devil is called the accuser of the brethren and the Father of Lies. The GOOD NEWS? You don’t have to participate with it! You can ask the LORD for wisdom and discernment and He will give it to you without getting ticked off. By the power of the Holy Spirit, you can go up higher and see the heavenly perspective instead of being blinded by the darkness perpetuated by the demonic realm then release God’s will here on earth as it is in heaven. Release truth with boldness, authority, and confirmed by His power.
Polarizing Divisiveness – A house divided cannot stand. So how do you weaken and then conquer a structure? Create division within its authority structure and destroy it from the inside out. Whether that house is a marriage, a family, a church congregation, a business, a school, a government, a nation, the strategy works the same. The goal is to create so much chaos that they forget their core values, instead taking stands on molehills while abandoning the mountains, and do more damage with friendly fire than the enemy needs to, which conserves his resources and consumes yours. The GOOD NEWS? Where the spirit of the LORD is, there is unity in faith and mind! Everywhere you see division, use your authority to release a spirit of Unity into that structure and decree a restoration of unity in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! We are seated in heavenly places next to the Most High God so start using the authority He gave you for His purposes instead of abdicating your authority and tongue for the devil to use.
Bitterness – If you do not forgive from your heart, the Heavenly Father will not forgive you and He will hand you over to the tormentors until your debt has been paid in full. So the devil knows, all he has to do is get people offended, nurse and feed that unforgiveness until it grows a root of bitterness, and he’s destroyed them from the inside out. In turn, they will end up becoming his soldiers as they incite unforgiveness and offense in others by repeating stories of bitterness into any ear that will listen. Sound like modern-day mainstream media, anyone? How many times have we heard the past dredged up and society whiplashed with old news the media has refused to forgive? Kind of ironic that in the process of condemning the “religious conservatives”, the progressive liberals have themselves become ultra religious and legalistic in the absence of the forgiveness and relationship with the Most High God. It’s dangerous to condemn others, lest you end up activating the law of sowing and reaping condemnation upon yourself! The GOOD NEWS – Jesus came so that we could receive forgiveness, not condemnation, and chose to walk into life abundantly through repentance. He has given us the power to repent instead of being forever condemned for a single foolish action or word that happened decades ago. He has broken the chains of bondage to our past, giving us the power of transformation and freedom.
For those of you who persevered through that longwinded blog, you are now able to identify and proactively confront Jezebel’s tactics in whatever sphere of influence God has put you in by refusing to tolerate it. Passivity will be our demise but bold declarations of truth will release the power of God into the atmosphere to bring about change. Will you be a part of the solution?
